Kelsey Jirikils (she / her) is a Deputy Field Director for API PA. After graduating from UCLA with an interdisciplinary degree in biology and social justice, she became a Teach for America (TFA) Corps Member in Memphis, TN to learn about and advocate for education equity. After TFA, Kelsey completed a fellowship with Stand for Children where she developed programs to make local government more accessible and took part in community organizing aimed at police reform. Now in Philadelphia, Kelsey is eager to keep learning and advocating for more equitable systems.
